Charles did a wonderful job repainting my heater, first explaining what was needed, obtaining the part, and then fixing it in a timely manner. He also explained what might be needed in order to maintain it and talked to me about available maintenance programs offered by Cannon Brothers, I would definitely recommend them and call them again in the future and appreciate all Charles help.

Excellent technician. Very friendly and very knowledgable. After arriving he worked in the rain to repair the system.. Very reasonable price for repairs. It's a pleasure to see old time quality, service and professionalism. Would highly recommend and will use for future needs.

Charles did a fantastic job! I called for a second opinion as I was told my compressor was dead. Charles took the time to walk me through everything he checked, cleaned the unit and got the unit running again! Except aervice.

Fantastic service! We called at 5:10pm after our A/C quit and figured we'd be lucky if they could get here the next morning. Instead they came at 7pm, made a no-charge warranty repair and had us running before the kids noticed the house was warming up. This in mid-July!

Tech took his time and did find one very small issue. Not really sure why ac that is a yr old quit working for 1 day.

Charlie; is fantastic! He definitely knows what he is doing! He is great! I will ask for him the next time!

The service was good. I appreciated not being pressured with me being told that I needed this that and the other. I was given advise though but not to the point that I needed to go right out and purchase there products to replace.

Canon Bros AC & Heat were able to fit me in the very next day and were able to work around my work schedule! All I had was a clogged drain so they unclogged it and just charged me for a service call! I couldn't be more pleased!

Cannon brothers maintenace program gives me such peace of mind. As always the technician is on time, courteous, and communicates system status so effectively.

Charles not only fixed our issue, but he was very knowledgeable as well. When he retires, he should definitely move into the HVAC classroom and teach students in this field, as he is very enthusiastic about his job. Thanks so much, Charles.

Thanks for prompt service. Heat went out sometime in the early morning hours on Saturday morning. I left a message on answer machine at 7:00, it was returned about 7:10, Heat up and running @ 10:45. Thank you Robert Smith and the entire Cannon Brothers team.

Prompt after hours service on my Goodman heat pump. I've had this unit for about 10 years. During that time, I've had ants eat the wiring on unit, a wall thermostat replaced, and this morning I had a burnt resistor. None of the problems were major, and always received prompt professional service. This morning (Saturday) I called for after-hours service at 7:00, call returned at 7:10 by Robert Smith who at the time was on another call 40 miles away but told me he would be here ASAP. I'm not positive about the time he got to my home, but he had me up and running at 10:45. On each repair the parts cost was low and basically just paid for the service call. I do recommend them.

Had the best experience today with cannon brothers! Our AC has been out since this weekend and we’ve been miserable. They called us first thing today, were at my home within a few hours, and had our AC fixed within half an hour! We couldn’t be more grateful for their services.

Thanks to Charlie for coming out today and fixing my mother's unit. Cannon Brothers installed two units at two houses for us a few years back. Always quick to respond when we have issues.

Could not have asked for a better experience! Called afterhours on Friday (holiday weekend), quick call back and booked an appointment Saturday morning at 11. Robert arrived at 10:45 and had our system up and running in less than an hour. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Cannon Brothers is always our HVAC company of choice!
